Anyway, my guess is that this setting is really hidden in Win7 and roaming with you when you logon on the server not sure really, but seems to fit what you're saying. Try if you disable the enhanced security on the server and let that change roam back to your desktop to see if that changes anything. A piece of advice, separate your administration account from your normal one with roaming profile. Log off from your Windows 7 desktop so whatever changes happen to your roamning profile from now on will replicate across.
Log on to the server you used in the first place. NOTE that this is not recommended, but you want to fix your issue. Make sure you enable it back with an account without roaming profile.
