This pop-up box may be hidden behind your browser or an open app, so check this if you haven't seen such a request and you're not able to download programmes. Using a Mac? Using Windows? Confirming downloads will be used with the app Depending on your browser, you may need to confirm that any programme you choose to download will be used with the BBC iPlayer Downloads application.
Need more help? Need help uninstalling? Contact us. Much simpler. Any Downloads app with the version number starting 1 e. This is the old version of the Downloads app. Open the Downloads app and click on Settings at the top of the screen. The app version will be displayed at the top of the Settings screen.
