Management were connivers and spent most of their time behind doors plotting what new sure-to-fail ventures to formulate. The culture? Dictatorship comes to mind. If you do accept a job this is not a career company , always keep your resume updated and YOU calculate your check to ensure you are getting what you earned. Even the happiest of employees have at least ONE suggestion.

They changed they're name to just MTS. Some of us were told the owner had to pay the staff last week out of his OWN pocket, because they have NO sales to cover the overhead.
Many companies have severed ties with this company! Frankly, they need to be reported to authorities.
